ICBM-SBE believes at continuous improvement, so we focus and impart skills which will evolve students as future leaders capable of taking quick and smart decisions, so as to enable them to navigate faster over the corporate ladder. The Training Modules developed under the Budding Manager Program are designed with the intention of promoting strategies for Management competencies, Communication, Personality Development and the Employability of the students. The rationale behind this endeavor is the recognition of the multifaceted influence of the personality of the students.

AN INTEGRATED LEARNING APPROACH

The Budding Manager Program of ICBM-SBE is a comprehensive, integrated student training and development program developed in house to enhance the soft skills and overall personality of the students. A three-dimensional learning approach – Group Learning, Self-Learning, and Mentoring comprises the approach which focuses on progressive development of a student. In Group Learning, a trainer will facilitate the learning process through classroom setting to a group of 30-40 students for a particular period of time depending on the training requirement. It will focus on conceptual clarity of the topics and equip with skills to practice the exercises. Self-Learning is a supplementing and complementing tool for Group Learning process. This is done through a dedicated career skills module designed by the experts from the field. ICBM-SBE Info Labs (ISIL) will offer approach specific information, self-learning tools and formats articles and chat on line. The program has been designed and developed by Prof. Zarar Director – Principal and, Prof. Jitender Govindani Director – Academics.

The composition of the modules for each trimester is a mix of the various modules designed based on the training requirement analysis. The entire Budding Manager Program is divided into four quadrants.
