Teaching students of PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) and MBA in some of the elective papers of Marketing such as Basics of Marketing, Research, Personal Selling & Sales Management, Role Plays, Facilitation, Mentoring & imparting training on selling skills & Corporate Training.
Head the Placement and Corporate Interface Cell of ICBM-SBE and have the unique distinction of hundred percent placements from the academic year 2008 till date.
Facilitated numerous FDPs, MDPs, Conferences, Seminars and guest- lectures as head of the Placement and Corporate Interface Cell.
Initiated and formed an “Association of Business Schools of Andhra Pradesh”, by forming a coalition of top 5 B- School for promotion of Management Education across 12 cities of Andhra Pradesh.
Instrumental in forming the ICBM-SBE Alumni Association. Now the Alumni database is 1200 strong.
Actively involved in the brand building of ICBM-SBE across the country through Careercounseling sessions & workshops for Undergraduate students.
Initiated and successfully organized student exchange program between ICBM-SBE and Quantum School of Business, Roorkee, Uttarakhand: India.


The case titled “Off Beat Tourism – A road less travelled” was awarded and adjudged as the second best case Study at Case writing workshop held at IIT Chennai in 2011.
Awarded the Best Organizer by Association of Indian Management Schools ( AIMS) for successful organization of the 24th National Aims Convention which hosted Directors of 450 top B school of India.
Awarded the Best Professor in Marketing, by the Dewang Mehta Foundation & HUL at an event held on 25th November 2010, at Taj Land Ends, Mumbai
The paper titled ‘The Art of Selling’ was elected as the best research paper at the IABE Conference at Las Vegas in 2008.


An article on “Effectiveness of Marketing Strategy with Mobile Number Portability in action.”
Participated in the Case Writing Competition of European Case Clearing House conducted at ITM, Navy Mumbai in 2004.

A 2 day Workshop on Effective Negotiation – The use of 15 negotiating strategies & ways to counter them. The workshop involved Video based training & live facilitation sessions including Role Plays & online simulations.
Workshops on sure fire Successful Selling technique with proven strategies such as SPIN, ADAPT FUNNEL & AIDAS technique. The workshop involved classroom training sessions, role plays & real time field sales calls to analyze the use of the models taught in facilitation sessions.
