  • As a Class Room Trainer for the Household Process, USA project coordinated a team of 14 trainees in each tranche. During the migration period, successfully managed to motivate my team especially in crisis.
  • Responsibilities included liaising with the HHI Trainers to formulate the strategies, evaluations, special training, accent neutralization, motivational classes, the Systems compatibility, telecommunications and other equipment initialization apart from preparation for the classes debriefs, Progress Log, maintaining Time Schedules, listening to collection calls.
  • The administrative and operational report ability of the 14 Trainees of Household (US) process also remains with the Class Room Trainer of the migration.
  • Even in certain high stress processing area, a highly motivational and friendly yet disciplined work atmosphere was successfully created during all my Training sessions.
  • In absence of any support for the business area in Dubai, the migration of the Dubai process has been remarkably successful with all SLAs being met much above the minimum requirements.
